Oven 350 deg F

Whisk together sugar and flour.

Whisk eggs and next five ingredients into flour mixture; pour into pie. Bake at 350 deg F for 35 - 45 mins or until almost set, shielding the edges with al foil after 15 mins. Transfer to a wire rack, and cool 1 hour.
